For this project, Charlton Brown needed a tool to help their client fully understand their vision for the property. By using virtual reality to demonstrate their concept, they were able provide an incredibly realistic VR representation with a sense of space with the lighting and shadows illustrating of how the building will look once finished.
Once able explore their new home, the client was keen to see how various options for surfaces and flooring might look. This allowed innovative ideas – such as a glass window embedded into the flooring to increase the amount of natural light shining onto the floor below – could be quickly presented and explained to the client for their consideration.
As well as the immersive nature of the VR experience, the ability to see the project in WebVR proved incredibly useful, allowing the client to keep up to date on the latest updates to their project while away on vacation.
